Subject: The Postponement of Financial Settlements

Greetings,

According to the official announcement no.(13) for the year 2025 dated 24/08/2025 issued by Prime Minister on the occasion of the anniversary of Prophet Mohammad's Birth, all ministries, public departments, universities, municipalities, joint service councils, greater Amman municipality, and companies wholly owned by Government will close on Thursday 04/09/2025.

Please be informed that it was decided that the settlement dates for securities traded at the ASE on Tuesday 02/09/2025 and Wednesday 03/09/2025 would be as follows:
