Subject: Updating the Web Services for Extracting Statistical Data on the SDC Website
In line with the SDC’s commitment to continuously developing its services and keeping pace with the latest global technologies, we are pleased to inform you that the new version of the web services for extracting statistical data has been launched and enhanced. This service uses modern technologies to ensure accurate information is provided more quickly, reliably, and efficiently.
This service enables beneficiaries to obtain data published on the SDC's website automatically and efficiently through a direct connection to the SDC using Web Services (REST API), allowing the user to store and analyze statistical data easily and reliably.
This service provides a set of specialized APIs that allow access to diverse and up-to-date data, including:
| 1. | Major investors (shareholders owning 1% or above of the shares). |
| 2. | Nationality analysis of the deposited share book, classified by nationality (Jordanian, Arab, Foreign). |
| 3. | Board members’ ownership. |
| 4. | Financial ratios such as Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings per Share (EPS). |
| 5. | Board members’ and representatives’ trading. |
| 6. | SDC members' information, including public shareholding companies, brokers, and custodians. |
| 7. | Securities information. |
| 8. | Daily trading (number of contracts, market value, number of brokers, and clients). |
| 9. | Corporate actions such as name changes, capital adjustments, and legal form transformations. |
| 10. | Analysis of daily trading according to nationality, investor type, and other classifications. |
| 11. | Detailed information about SDC members whose status is merged, under liquidation, dissolved, or transformed. |
| 12. | Analysis of the deposited share book according to category and nationality. |
