Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Ihdathiat Real Estate Company on Sunday 22/06/2025 based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 23/04/2025, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 15/06/2025.
The share capital decrease of the said amount is conducted to redeem the accumulated losses (JOD 1,005,033) and to redeem the value of discount issuance (JOD 589,659) as of 31/12/2024
