Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,594,692) shares of the Ihdathiat Real Estate Company on Sunday 22/06/2025 to redeem the accumulated losses and the discount issuance as of 31/12/2024. |

The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (4,486,627) shares to (2,891,935) shares
