Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of the Jerusalem Insurance Company  on Wednesday 07/05/2025. through capitalization of the amount of (2,067,603) JD and distributing them as stock dividends to the shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of  their contributions in the company capital.

The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (10,067,603) shares.
