Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (250,000) shares of Specialized Trading & Investments Company on Tuesday 25/02/2025 to distribute its excess cash to the shareholders.
The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 24/11/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 21/01/2025.
