Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Increase of Al Manara Islamic Insurance Co.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,400,000) shares of the Al Manara Islamic Insurance Company on Thursday 06/02/2025.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and allocating theses shares to the shareholders mentioned in the JSC’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (10/2025) dated 20/01/2025, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
