Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Arab Phoenix Holdings Company on Thursday 23/01/2025. The share capital decrease of the company’s capital was performed to redeem the balance of accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023.
The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 25/11/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 19/01/2025.
