Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (44,036,790) shares of the Arab Phoenix Holdings Company on Thursday 23/01/2025 to redeem the balance of accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023. |

The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (86,840,292) shares to (42,803,502) shares.
