Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,000,000) shares of Al-bilad Securities & Investment Company on Tuesday 24/12/2024 to redeem the balance of accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (10,000,000) shares to (7,000,000) shares. |
