Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (36,058,854) shares of the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company on Wednesday 18/12/2024 to redeem the balance of accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (69,756,944) shares to (33,698,090) shares. |
