Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Future Arab Investment Company on Tuesday 10/12/2024. The share capital decrease was performed to decrease the treasury shares.
The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/12/2023 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 14/01/2024.
