Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of the Middle East Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries & Medical Appliances Company on Wednesday 04/12/2024. The share capital increase is performed through capitalization of the amount of (5,000,000) shares of the company's payable balance and allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (383/2024) dated 13/11/2024.

The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (6,250,583) shares.
