Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (4,779,331) shares of the Jordanian Saudi Investment House For Development & Investment Company on Wednesday 13/11/2024.
The share capital increase of the said amount allocated to the shareholders mentioned in the company’s board decision no. (4) dated 23/07/2024, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
