The share capital increase of the said amount reflects public offering directed to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (338/2024) dated 25/09/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 05/08/2024.
