Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,487,151) shares of the Jordan Industrial Resources Company on Thursday 17/10/2024 to redeem the balance of accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (6,285,649) shares to (1,798,498) shares. |
