Greetings,
   

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (506,106) shares of the Jordan Masaken For Land & Industrial Development Projects Company on Tuesday 15/10/2024 to distribute its excess cash to the shareholders. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (8,435,100) shares to (7,928,994) shares.
