Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (7,000,000) shares of the Resources Company for Development & Investment Company on Wednesday 02/10/2024 to redeem the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023. |

The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (11,000,000) shares to (4,000,000) shares.
