Kindly be informed that the SDC completed the merger process of the Brokerage Companies on Thursday 26/09/2024 which are the Arab Financial Investment, Almawared for Brokerage, and United Financial Group Brokerage into United Financial Investments.

Therefore, all accounts of securities maintained by the merged brokerage companies have been transferred to their new accounts with the merging company (United Financial Investments) as the legal and factual successor of the merged companies.
