Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,072,500) shares of the Jordan Pipes Manufacturing Company on Monday 29/07/2024. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (3,575,000) shares to (2,502,500) shares through redeeming all of the company’s accumulated losses. |
