Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Amwaj Properties Company on Sunday 14/07/2024. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming (21,948,794) JOD of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 21/04/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 23/06/2024.
