Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of the Bindar Trading & Investment Company of (5,205,677) shares on Tuesday 09/01/2024 resulted from the merger with Summit AutoTrade Company and distributing these shares to the shareholders of the Bindar Trading & Investment Company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital based upon the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (305/2023) dated 18/12/2023.
