Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Decrease Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Co.

Greetings,

Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company on Tuesday 28/11/2023. The share capital decrease was performed through decreasing the share capital of (200,983,000) JOD/share to redeem the accumulated losses.

Thereby, the SDC records for Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (324,610,470) shares to a registered capital of (123,627,470) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 03/10/2023 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 19/11/2023.
