Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Co.

Greetings,

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (200,983,000) shares of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company on Tuesday 28/11/2023. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (324,610,470) shares to (123,627,470) shares to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses.
