Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of Sura Development & Investment Company on Tuesday 07/11/2023. The share capital decrease was performed through decreasing the share capital of (3,817,879) JOD/share to redeem the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2022.
Thereby, the SDC records for Sura Development & Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (7,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (3,182,121) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 03/06/2023 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 22/10/2023.
