Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,059,904) shares of the Almehanya For Real Estate Investments & Housing Company on Sunday 30/07/2023 as this amount is in excess of its needs and distributes this excess cash to the shareholders.
The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (29,427,200) shares to (27,367,296) shares.
