Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (5,000,000) shares of the Zara Investment (holding) Company on Tuesday 25/07/2023. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (150,000,000) shares to (145,000,000) shares through redeeming the entire balance of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2022.
