Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,804,900) shares of the Jordan Masaken for Land & Industrial Development Projects Company on Wednesday 07/06/2023.
The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (12,240,000) shares to (8,435,100) shares to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2022.
