Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (31,165,176) shares of the United Iron & Steel Manufacturing Company on Monday 10/04/2023, to redeem (31,165,176) JOD as accumulated losses as of 31/12/2019.
The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (31,165,176) shares to (1,000,000) shares.
