Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Decrease of the Emmar Investments & Real Estate Development Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Emmar Investments & Real Estate Development Company on Monday 28/11/2022. The share capital decrease was performed to redeem accumulated losses of (6,937,924) JOD and redeem (3,062,076) JOD as losses of exchange rate of the foreign currencies and accumulated changes in the fair value.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 10/04/2022 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 16/11/2022.
