The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company to (34,850,000) shares. The share capital decrease will be performed through: | |
| A. | Decreasing the share capital of (3,705,760) share/JOD to redeem the entire balance of the retained losses as of 31/12/2021. |
| B. | Decreasing the share capital of (1,013,740) share/ JOD and distributing its excess cash to the shareholders. |
