Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Jordan Emirates Dimensions For Commercial Investment Company on Tuesday 28/06/2022 as the amount of decrease is in excess of its needs and will distributed to the shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.
This capital decrease is based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/03/2022, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 16/06/2022.
