Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,248,695) shares of of the Jordan Emirates Dimensions For Commercial Investment Company on Tuesday 28/06/2022 as this amount is in excess of its needs and will distributed to the shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.
The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (2,748,695) shares to (500,000) shares.
