Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (4,000,000) shares Arab Life & Accident Insurance Company on Monday 29/03/2021.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and the allocation of these shares to the Arab Orient Insurance Company based upon the Jordan Securities Commission’s decision no. (39/2021) dated 21/02/2021, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Thereby, the SDC record for the capital of the Arab Life & Accident Insurance Company indicates the following:
