Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the Assas For Concrete Products Co.

Greetings, 
 

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,880,000) shares of the Assas For Concrete Products Company on Tuesday 29/12/2020 to redeem part of the accumulated losses of the company as of 31/12/2019. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (7,120,000) shares to (12,000,000) shares.
