Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Decrease of the Almehanya for Real Estate Investments & Housing Company Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Almehanya for Real Estate Investments & Housing Company on Wednesday 02/12/2020. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming the remaining balance of the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2019 which is (74,675) JOD/share, and decreasing the share capital of (1,685,325) JOD/share and distributing its excess cash to the shareholders, where the total amount of decreasing the share capital is (1,760,000) shares.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 26/08/2020 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 19/11/2020.
