Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the Saba'ek Investment Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,000,000) shares of the Saba'ek Investment Company on Wednesday 28/10/2020 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (8,000,000) shares to (6,000,000) shares.
