Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the Sura Development & Investment Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,500,000) shares of Sura Development & Investment Company on Monday 06/07/2020 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (11,500,000) shares to (7,000,000) shares.
