Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (7,000,000) shares of the Al-tajamouat For Touristic Projects Company on Wednesday 24/06/2020 to redeem the balance of the issuance discount as of 31/12/2018. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (100,000,000) shares to (93,000,000) shares.
