Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (602,156) shares of the Ubour Logistic Services Company on Tuesday 11/02/2020 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (1,157,156) shares to (555,000) shares.
