Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the National Portfolio Securities Company on Tuesday 07/01/2020 to distribute this amount to the shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital. The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 11/07/2019, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 30/12/2019.
