Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the National Portfolio Securities Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,400,000) shares of the National Portfolio Securities Company on Tuesday 07/01/2020 to distribute this amount to the shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (6,000,000) shares to (3,600,000) shares.
