Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of the Siniora Food Industries Company on Monday 20/07/2020 through capitalization of the amount of (2,000,000) JD and distributing them as stock dividends to all shareholders of the company.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (27,000,000) shares.
