Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (56,526) shares of the Sheba Metal Casting Company on Wednesday 16/10/2019. The share capital increase is performed through non-public offering and allocating these shares to the company's board member “Antractica for Studies, Consulting, and Trading” based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (221/2019) dated 05/09/2019, which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 18/04/2018 and the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 25/03/2018.
