Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,190,000) shares of the Darkom Investment Company on Sunday 13/10/2019 to redeem part of the company’s losses. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (5,000,000) shares to (2,810,000) shares
