Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,160,000) shares of the International Company for Medical Investments Company on Sunday 06/10/2019. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (4,500,000) shares to (2,340,000) shares to redeem the company’s losses.
