Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,243,811) shares of the Jordan Investment Trust on Wednesday 25/09/2019 which is the amount of the treasury shares. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (29,513,889) shares to (27,270,078) shares.
