Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,000,000) shares of the Darat Jordan (holdings) Company on Wednesday 04/09/2019. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (11,250,000) shares to (10,250,000) shares to redeem the company’s rotated losses as of 31/12/2018.
