Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Arab Electrical Industries Company on Sunday 02/06/2019 through redeeming part of the company’s accumulated losses.
The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/10/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 29/05/2019.
Thereby, the SDC record for the Capital of the Arab Electrical Industries Company indicates the following:
