Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (44,444,444) shares of the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company on Sunday 02/01/2022.

The share capital increase is performed through allocation this amount to the Board members mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s letter no. (2/1/02385/21) dated 28/12/2021 and upon the JSC’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (243/2021) dated 27/12/2021 provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
